Patsy Garrand Obituary

Patsy A. Garrand, 69 of Mooers passed away Monday, June 25, 2018 at the CVPH Medical Center.

She was born July 28, 1948 in Plattsburgh, the daughter of Leeward and Ruth (Dragon) Garrand. She worked at Ayerst in Rouses Point as a secretary. She was a member of St. Ann's Altar Rosary Society.

Patsy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Alton Garrand.

Left behind to cherish the memory of Patsy are, her brother, Malcom Garrand and her wife, Linda of Mooers; her sister, Norma Gowette and her husband, Tom of Mooers; as well as her nieces and nephews. She had a special niece whom she adored, Heather Langlois of Peru.

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Monday, July 2, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Ann's Church in Mooers Forks. Donations in Patsy's memory may be made to the Animal Rescue and Welfare Services, P. O. Box 2341 Plattsburgh, NY 12901 or the Mooers Free Library.
