Floyd E. Funk, 61 of Ellenburg Center passed away Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at the home of his son surrounded by his family.
He was born July 10, 1957 in Rhinebeck, NY. He was the son of Floyd and Alberta Funk. Floyd ran a saw mill his whole life. He was a hard worker who would do anything for anyone. He loved the woods. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and country music.
Floyd was predeceased by his father, Floyd Nelson Funk; one son, Wesley Adam Funk and one brother, John Funk.
Left to cherish memories of Floyd are his son, John Funk and his fiancée, Kim Blake of Ellenburg Center; three sisters, Sarah Wheeler of Stanfordville, NY, Laura Funk of Hyde Park, NY, Brenda Funk of Poughkeepsie, NY; six grandchildren, Summer, Autumn, John Jr., Dylan, Bradley and Wesley; three great grandchildren, Vixie, Staley and Alice; one nephew, John Wheeler and one niece, Kim Wheeler.
Services will be held at the convenience of his family.
