Clifford Machia, Sr.

Clifford Machia, Sr. 77 of Mooers passed away, Friday, May 20, 2022 at his home with his family by his side.

He was born June 5, 1944 in Sheldon, VT, the son of Charles and Inez (Carr) Machia.  He was a self employed electrician. He enjoyed woodworking.

Clifford is predeceased by his parents; two brothers, Charles Machia and Howard Machia; as well as one sister, Elizabeth LaBelle.

Left to cherish memories of Clifford are his wife Martha of Mooers; two sons, Clifford Machia Jr. and his wife Sara of St. Albans, VT, Matthew Machia and his wife Beth of Highgate Center, VT; two daughters, Tawnya Kiser and her husband Brett of Ohio and Patricia Machia of Ohio;his stepchildren, Marsha Stetson and her companion George Wells,  Charles Cook, Jr. and his wife Michelle of Chiefland, FL, Norma Wells and her husband, Michael of Highgate Falls, VT, Sherry Bouchard and her husband Scott of St. Albans, VT and Renee Murray of Highgate Springs, VT; one sister, Esther Hayden as well as several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be Thursday, May 26, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. at the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers.
