Frank Lisitski, 78, passed away on February 22nd at his daughter’s home in Mooers Forks, NY. Frank was born on March 23rd, 1945 in Vineland, NJ.
Frank knew at a young age he wanted to drive tractor trailers and made it his career. He was employed by Coraluzzo/Torrissi until he retired early to care for his beloved wife, Barbara.
Frank enjoyed fishing, football and birdwatching. He loved animals, especially dogs, to which he rescued many over the years. He was a hardworking man who loved his family and friends, and was always there to help someone in need.
Frank is predeceased by his loving wife, Barbara, of 33 years and his parents, Bernard and Pauline Lisitski.
He is survived by his daughters, Marcia Lisitski and Jeanne King of Mooers Forks, NY; his brother, Ben Lisitski; a granddaughter, Christina LaPorte; three great grandchildren, Gemma, Wryah and Anthony LaPorte; his nephews, Robert (Kris) Lisitski and Brian (Melanie) Lisitski; and a niece, Jane Ogg; his cousins, Constantine Kiamos, Pauline Kiamos and many more cousins, nieces and nephews he truly cared for.
A special thank you to his neighbors who became family, Tim and Pat, Peggy, Teddy and Ruth, for all your love and support.
