Gilbert O. Rabideau Jr., 53 of Altona passed away October 21, 2023 at his home.
He was born December 21, 1969 in Plattsburgh, the son of Gilbert and Judy Rabideau.
Gilbert loved hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He loved the woods and cutting trees. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He was a very talented carpenter and wood worker. He owned G and L Construction.
He is predeceased by his parents.
Left to cherish memories of Gilbert are his fiancee Katie Clegg; son, Colton McNeil; one daughter, Alexis Rabideau, her companion, Tyler Holmes and their daughter Amelia Holms; one sister, Leslie Wysko and her husband, Chester Wysko III; one brother, Ricky, Rabideau and his wife Tina; Katie’s children, Nicholas, Nathaniel and Hayden Clegg; Nephews, Chester Wysko III and his wife Caroline Averill, Josh Wysko and Ashley and Dakota Rabideau; great nieces and nephews, Lillian Wysko, Madison Wysko, Charliee Wysko and Dane Wysko.
Calling hours will be Friday, October 27, 2023 from 4:00-6:00 at the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers.
