Hilary Brink, 40, of Champlain, passed away Monday, April 21, 2025 at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.

 

Hilary was born in Plattsburgh, NY, on August 4, 1984 to Brian and Candy Brink of Champlain.

 

Hilary’s greatest love in life was her daughter, Brooklyn. She loved outings with her and her boyfriend, Dave. Hilary loved watching Brooklyn bowl, play softball and volleyball. She had many hobbies such as crocheting, diamond art, camping, watching the races and tractor pulls. Hilary had a love of everything cow related that came above all except her family.

 

Hilary was predeceased by both sets of grandparents, David and Ruth Brink and Royce and Nora Thompson; two cousins, Brittany and Derek Genereux; and last but not least, her Uncle Scott, whom they shared a very special bond.

 

She is survived by her parents, Brian and Candy Brink of Champlain; her daughter, Brooklyn Shockley of Champlain; her boyfriend, Dave Crouse of Champlain; a brother, Jason Thompson and his wife Vanessa of Altona; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and great nieces. She will be missed by her dogs, Ziva and Max.

 

Calling Hours will be held Sunday, April 27, 2025 from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers. A Funeral service will follow at 3:30 p.m. at the funeral home. A Celebration of Life will be held at the VFW.

 

Donations may be made to the family and will be dispersed in her memory.
