Howard B. Guerin

Howard B. Guerin, 50 of Altona passed away peacefully December 20, 2023 at UVM Health Network in Burlington, VT with his family by his side.  

He was born October 26, 1973 in Plattsburgh, the son of Edward and Bertha (Gay) Guerin.

Howard loved his family, friends and his furry boys, Mudd and Jackson.  He attended Northern Adirondack Central School.  He worked odd jobs.  He also worked at the glass plant and the hide plant.  He loved to hang out with family and friends.

He is predeceased by his parents, Edward and Bertha Guerin; siblings, Edward, Gary,Larry and John Guerin and Rebecca (Clausen) Guerin.

Howard is survived by his fiancee, Chantel Boudreau and her daughter Corinne, and his dogs, Mud and Jackson.  He is also survived by his four brothers, Donald Guerin and Lisa Gamelin of AltonaDacid Guerin and Sonny Guerin of Ellenburg Depot, Victor Guerin of Plattsburgh, Henry Guerin of Ellenburg Depot and eight sisters, Stella Perry of Altona, Debbie and Timmy Lord of Chateaugay, Sheila Dupee of Mooers, Connie and Danny Russell of Ellenburg Depot, Loretta and Jerry Vincent of Altona, Brenda and Sam Bisonette of Chazy, Pamela and Red Provost of Ellenburg, Barbara and Betty Guerin of Ellenburg Depot.  He is further survived by many nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may visit from 5:00-6:00 Wednesday, December 27, 2023 at the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers.  A funeral service will follow  at 6:00 p.m. at the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers.
