Isabelle Eva Jane Ashline

Isabelle EvaJana Ashline was born Oct. 17, 1933, to Marie Rose Lamial Boulerice and Orland Arther Boulerice. She was the 3rd child of ten children, seven girls and three boys. She graduated from Mooers High School in June 1952 with honors. She was allowed four years of cheerleading; also she had the honor of being selected the queen of the junior prom. After graduation she married Jerry Ashline; they were married 67 years. Jerry passed away June 21, 2019; he was a farmer all his life and loved repairing old tractors making them look new. 
Isabelle was a farm secretary all her life, gardener, loved flowers and was know for her best pies and cookies. She worked at Ayest laboratory for 16 years. They were blessed with four children and she raised her granddaughter from 1-1/2 years old; she was like one of her own beautiful children. She had the privilage of teaching religion under guidance of the late Father Dwyer and the late Father McCasland for 20 years for the parish of Mooers Forks. 
Left to cherish memories of Isabelle are two daughters, Jana Ashline Garrant and Joseph, Carol Ashline and Scott, Larry Ashline and Marlene; three sisters, Lorretta Lashway, Lorraine Castine, Yvonne Bourdeau and two brothers, Leonard and Real; five grandchildren, Holly Schindler, Shanna Ashline, Neil Ashline, Jessica Garrant, Jacob Garrant as well as five great-grandchildren. 
Calling hours will be Monday, May 30, 2022, at the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers from 1 to 4. A Mass of Christian burial will be Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 10:30 at St. Ann's Church in St. Ann's Cemetery.
