Jamie Smith Obituary

Jamie S. Smith, 41 of Rouses Point passed away Sunday, September 19, 2021 at the UVM Health Network at CVPH.

She was born November 27, 1979 in Plattsburgh, the daughter of Roy Smith, Jr. and Sherrin (Coulombe) Smith. She enjoyed find-a-word puzzles, adult coloring books and being with her children.

She was predeceased by her parents.

Left to cherish memories of Jamie are her companion, Eric Coulombe of Rouses Point; three sons, Nathaniel Smith of Plattsburgh, Logan Sparling of Chateaugay, Adin Smith of Chateaugay and three brothers, Clarence Smith of Rouses Point, Kevin and Meredith Smith of Mooers Forks and Bryan Smith of Plattsburgh. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Monday at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Champlain.
