Marsha Trombley-Kuhn Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marsha Trombley-Kuhn, who left us peacefully on March 7, 2026.
A proud graduate of SUNY Cobleskill and Plattsburgh State University, Marsha's professional journey was a testament to her diverse talents. She spent her career as a daycare provider, a technical engineer, and an adjunct professor, always eager to nurture, teach, and inspire those around her.
Marsha found joy in the simple pleasures of life-whether it was caring for her beloved cats, sharing laughter and stories with family and friends, or traveling south for the winter. Her warmth and enthusiasm for life made a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to cross her path.
Marsha was preceded in death by her parents, Orville and Noella Trudeau Trombley; her companion, Marty Thompson; and her brother-in-law, Dale Cardin.
Marsha will be profoundly missed by her partner, Randall Forguites; her beloved brothers and sisters, Larry (Jenny) Trombley, Perry (Melody) Trombley, Joey (Margaret) Trombley, Cynthia (George) Bombardier and Lisa Cardin; her special family members; Sarah Bridges, George Forguites, Dorothy (Matthew) Kress, Anna Forguites, Christopher Thompson, Brett Thompson, Kyle Thompson, and Stephanie Larsen; and all the children in her life that she adored, will carry her memory forward with love and fondness.
A memorial mass will be held at St. Joseph's Church in Coopersville on July 24, 2026 at 11:00 am, followed by the burial. We would like to invite all who loved Marsha to come together in remembrance and celebration of her wonderful life.
Giving was one of Marsha's great joys in life. She loved delivering baskets to each of her nieces, nephews, and loved ones at Christmas. She also found happiness donating her time to Christmas Magic and sponsoring a child each year. In Marsha's honor, donations can be made to Cindy Bombardier, noting Christmas Magic donation in the memo, to 17 Stewart Street, Rouses Point, NY 12979. Donations may also be made to the Charleston Hope Lodge, 269 Calhoun Street, Charleston, SC 29401.
In her passing, Marsha leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness that will remain forever in the hearts of her family and friends. May she rest in peace.
