Penny L. Vancour

Penny Vancour, 51 of Plattsburgh passed away December 18, 2023 at the UVM Health Network at CVPH.

She was born November 6, 1972 in Plattsburgh.

She was a good and loving hearted woman who touched the lives of many.  Everyone loved her.  She was a hard worker who worked from home.  She enjoyed her pets, family and friends, especially the one she had for 47 years, Dana Bushey.  

She has three children, Kristin Ratti, Katelyn Maskell and Tyler Vancour.

She was predeceased by her parents,Francis Vancour and Kathy Holiday.

A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 6, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers.
