Philip Parnell Obituary

Philip S. Parnell, 82 of Vermontville, NY passed away May 24, 2022 at the UVM Health Network at CVPH.

He was born April 29, 1940 in Standish, NY, the son of George and Evelyn (Rabideau) Parnell. He served in the U. S. Army from 1962-1964. He was an electrical engineer at Lecroy Electronics in Ramipo, NY. He loved fishing and hunting.

He is predeceased by his wife, Dona Parnell.

Left to cherish memories of Phil are three sons, Philip S. Parnell Jr. and his wife, Raynelle of Quitman, Arkansas, Randy Parnell of New York City and James M. Parnell and his companion Mary Kay Milne of Lyon Mountain, NY. He is further survived by two sisters, Florence and Lou; one grandchild, Lena Parnell of Germany; several nieces and nephews and his companion, Buffy Lawrence.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 10:45 a.m. in St. Bernard’s Cemetery in Lyon Mountain.
