WILLSBORO-Phyllis S. Martineau, 70 of Willsboro passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at her home.


She was born September 24, 1946 in Keene Valley, the daughter of Lester and Mae (Benedict) Wescott.  She owned and operated the Lavender Beauty Salon in Willsboro until her retirement four years ago.  She loved doing hair and baking.  She especially loved Elvis. 


Phyllis is predeceased by her parents.


She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Wayne Martineau of Willsboro; one daughter, Christina Tatreault and her husband Tim of Keeseville; one grandson, David Brink and his wife, Amber of Brushton; one step granddaughter, Kaitlyn Tatreault; one great grandson, Mason; one brother, Lester Wescott of Lewis and several cousins.


A funeral service celebrating the life of Phyllis will be Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Reber United Methodist Church.  Donations in her memory may be made to the American Lung Association.
