Roma S. Bailey

Roma S. Bailey "Steve", 57 of Altona NY, passed away on December 16th, 2021, at his home. He was born on December 19, 1963, in Millerton New York, to Mansel Alexander Bailey Sr and Elaine Gagnier, deceased.
Steve was survived by his wife of 34 years Kelly A. Bailey and his children Bailey Morrow, son Stephan J. Bailey, his wife Ashley Bailey, daughter Stephanie Lafountain and her husband Craig Lafountain. He is also survived by two grandsons Logan Lafountain and Troy Lafountain and one great-grandson Brylee Lafountain. Steve was also survived by siblings (brother) David Bailey, (sister) Elin Liverani, Lucy and Bill, (sister) Carmen and husband Bruce Petty, (brother) Mansel Bailey, (brother) Timmy Bailey and Cheryl, (sister) Melissa and her husband Randy Smith, (sister) Valerie and her husband Gary Logiudice, (brother) Joey and his wife Debbie Bender, (brother)Mark and his wife Jessica Bailey, and many nieces and nephews. Also, his dog Tank.
Steve love to go to his happy place at camp, which is at Peru rod and gun club. Steve spent all of his Summers there with his friends he loved like family. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed spending quality time with his grandchildren. Steve will be greatly missed.
Calling hours will be held at Ross funeral home in Mooers, New York from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Thursday December 23, 2021. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
