Ruth A. LaValley

Ruth A. LaValley, 80 formerly of Mooers, passed away Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Meadowbrook Healthcare.  

She was born July 23, 1942, the daughter of George and Exilda Fleury.  She was a religion teacher for several years.  She also enjoyed gardening.  

Ruth is predeceased by her parents and her husband, Gabriel LaValley.

Left to cherish memories of Ruth are her two daughters, Nicolle LaBombard and her husband Darren of Ellenburg Depot, Debbie Dumars and her husband Jamie of West Chazy; one brother George Fleury of Peru; five grandchildren, Kayla, Ryan, Paige, Peyton and Drew.  She is also survived by one great grandchild Cortana. 

A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Friday, July 7, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Ann’s Church in Mooers Forks.  Interment will follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery in Mooers.  Arrangements are in the care of the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers.  To offer an online condolence, please visit www.ROSSFUNERALHOMES.com
