Scottie F. LaPan, 48 of Chateaugay passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023.


He was born May 30, 1975, the son of Francis and Diane (Lord) LaPan.  He enjoyed riding four wheelers and watching the car races at Airborne Park Speedway.


He is predeceased by his grandparents; his parents; his sister, Laura LaPan, uncle Lloyd Lord Jr., and an aunt, Linda L. Lord.


Left to cherish memories of Scottie are his uncle, James Lord, uncle Timmy Lord and his wife Deborah; his aunt Michelle Dezan and her husband Jason, his uncle Henry LaPan; aunt Mary Linsley and Mary Lou Shippe; cousins, Dean Linsley and Denise Linsley  as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins.


A graveside service will be held Friday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Edmund’s Cemetery in Ellenburg.
