Suzan A. King

Suzan A. King, 68 of Ellenburg Depot passed away Sunday, May 30, 2021 at UVM Health Network at CVPH.  

She was born September 5, 1952 in Tupper Lake.  She was the daughter of Hubert and Grace (Delong) McPherson.  She was a cook in the cafeteria at Plattsburgh State.  She enjoyed reading.

Suzan was predeceased by her mother and stepfather, Grace and Hubert McPherson and one brother, Bill Delong.

Left to cherish memories of Suzan are her husband, Gary King of Ellenburg Depot; two sons, Gary King, Jr. of Ellenburg Depot, Shawn King and his wife, Dawn of Ellenburg Depot; four sisters, Candy and DonaldParent of Marilla, NY, Pamela and Donald Manning of Marion, Indiana, Jill and Andrew Eberhardt of Gasport, NY, Kathleen and Lee LaValley of Ellenburg Center, NY; two brothers, Robert and Melody DeLong of Chateaugay, NY and Peter and Tonya McPherson of Plattsburgh, NY; one sister in law, Carol DeLong of Kendall, NY; five grandchildren, Michael, John, Emma, Wyatt and Jordan, as well as several nieces and nephews.  She is further survived by a brother in law, Arnold King and three sisters in law, Marge Minkler, Lorraine Gowdon and Linda Mitchell and her husband Harry.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family.  

Arrangements are in the care of the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers.
