ROUSES POINT- Tosha N. Lapan, 26 of Rouses Point passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 at the Delray Medical Center in Delray, FL. 

She was born February 17, 1991 in Machias, Maine, the daughter of Jerry and Darlene (Dupee) Lapan.  Tosha enjoyed life.  She loved being with her family and many friends.  She was always there to brighten the lives of others.

She was predeceased by her paternal grandparents, Joseph and Marion Lapan; her maternal grandfather, Armond LaValley; and two nephews. Joshua Lapan and Mason Lapan.

Survivors include her parents, Jerry Sr. and Darlene Lapan of Rouses Point; one niece, Makenzie Lapan of Rouses Point; one brother, Jerry Lapan Jr. and his fiancAC.e, Lindsey Jones of Plattsburgh; one sister, Jessica Menard and her husband Adam of Champlain; her grandmother, Ruth Behan and her husband Ernie of Champlain.  She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Calling hours will be private at the Ross Funeral Home in Mooers.  A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Saturday, April 29, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Ann's Church in Mooers Forks.  A reception will follow at the St. Ann's Parish Center.
